Paolo’s has long been part of the Clarkston community. Originally opened in the late 1980s, the family-run restaurant quickly became a local favourite, known for authentic Italian food and warm hospitality. When it closed in the mid-90s, it left a lasting impression on those who loved it.

Today, Paolo’s has returned — proudly family-led and reimagined for modern dining, while staying true to its roots. Three members of the original Paolo’s family have teamed up with restaurant owner Steph to bring the restaurant back to life.

Now an award-winning Italian restaurant, we serve classic Italian dishes made with quality ingredients, alongside handcrafted cocktails and a carefully curated wine list. We’re proud to once again welcome the Clarkston community — old friends and new faces alike.
